Autumn Term 1

This half term we have welcomed our new Reception children into school. Our whole school topic has been ‘What a Wonderful World’ and the weather and seasons, with a particular focus on Geography and Art. Summer Term 1

This half term we have been learning about 'Plants and Growing.' Spring Term 2

Year One Polar Day

Year One children enjoyed a very exciting Polar Day, exploring the Arctic and Antarctica, as part of their Geography learning this term. The day included drawing chalk polar bears,  reading books and researching facts about the polar regions and animals, building sugar cube igloos and rescuing trapped animals from blocks of ice! RSE Day

We recently had a wonderful day celebrating relationships education on National RSE Day. Each year group enjoyed participating in activities celebrating positive relationships and good friendships. It was a day to show kindness and make someone else smile!
