Complaints
If parents have any cause for complaint, they are asked to contact the class teacher in the first instance. If they wish to take the matter further, they should contact the Headteacher.
Our school is committed to working closely with parents & carers for the benefit of the children.
Remember, no problem is too small and, through early intervention, can often be prevented from becoming a bigger issue.
If an issue cannot be resolved after reasoned discussion has taken place, then a formal complaint may be set in motion following Local Authority procedures. Details are available from the Headteacher or can be viewed by clicking on the link below.
